If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with the original packaging. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made the item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is non-refundable in either direction unless approved by AerosunZ. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the AerosunZ warehouse are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to AerosunZ or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 25% restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you.

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special-order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special-order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special-order parts. All Sale item on our website will not accept the refund.

AEROSUNZ DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.

If the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by AerosunZ, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

Store Credit Memos
Credit Memo is good for 12 months from the date of issue to use as store credit. Refunds will be handled by the manor originally paid if applicable otherwise a check will be mailed. A credit memo cannot be converted from terms assigned, ie credit card payment to cash, etc. All cash payments will be refunded via check.
Shipping policy

All products are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx SIGNATURE REQUIRED (unless otherwise specified)

Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours to process and ship your in-stock order; if you have a time-sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays.

All products are shipped out from one of the authorized AerosunZ shipping locations. AerosunZ drops ships some products while some products ship directly from our main facility. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify AerosunZ within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied the claim to our Guarantees and a refund.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

Keep the product with its original packaging and box
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
AerosunZ will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from AerosunZ.
Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

The shipping rates shown at the time of checkout on our site are based on a weight guesstimate and then formulated via a UPS, DHL, or FedEx shipping program. The rates do not consider dimensions. If your shipment weight is higher than the online cart can process, please contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

Ordering Procedure

The import market we deal in is currently one of the auto parts cars right now on the market. What does that mean to you as a customer, hard to get products. Aerosunz stocks more vehicle-specific parts than anyone else in the USA for the lines we carry. Parts turnover is quick. So, when you order from us, we put you in line to receive the product if it is not in stock. Some specialty items may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However, if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow.

If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you of the status of the order and product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

Warranty

All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer, if any problem of the item from the manufacturer, we will help the customer to contact the manufacturer. AerosunZ does not offer any of our own warranties and is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacturer, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by AerosunZ, however, we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.

ECU Tuning – ATM Chiptuning:
AerosunZ may have several ECU Tuning Brand, ATM Chip Tuning is our main tuning product, we have limited Warranty for our tuning product. To have our tuning warranty, the customer must follow manufactures instructions to install the item as needed, including any custom performance parts. Otherwise, the warranty will automatic Invalid. All our ATM Chiptuning product has authorized the dealer to custom cars, with the authorized dealer. For an unauthorized dealer, the warranty will not be admitted by AerosunZ or ATM.

By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
